Revlon Midnight Sparkle
Hey there!
I can't believe it's almost Christmas! I haven't even done a single Christmas mani yet. Hopefully I have time to do one with all the Christmas wrapping and shopping I still need to do.
Anyways, I have Revlon Midnight Sparkle to share with everyone. Midnight Sparkle is from Revlon's holiday collection Just Add Sparkle. It has a blackened navy blue base with silver hex and micro glitter.

I used two coats in my pictures, but it is definitely opaque enough for just one coat. I kinda regret adding that second coat since the base seemed to drown out the glitter. I wasn't too impressed with this polish, I wish the glitter would've showed up better in the base. I heard this was a dupe for Deborah Lippmann Lady Sings The Blues, but I wouldn't know since I don't have that polish to compare with.
If I don't post again before or on Christmas, I hope everyone has a merry Christmas! Unfortunately I will be working on Christmas. :(

Sephora X - Hypochondriac
I have another polish from the Sephora X The Pearlescents collection, Hypochondriac. It's described as a pearlescent brown copper sateen.
I used two coats, and the formula was great. I am very impressed with the Sephora X polishes so far. I'll definitely need to pick up some other colors soon.
Well, thanks for reading!

Stamping Nail Art - Snowflakes
Hello!
Today is going to be a lazy post. I have a couple pictures of some snowflake stamped nails I did yesterday. If you'd like to know which polishes or stamping plate I used, just leave me a comment.

Sephora X - Hormonal
Wow, its been a while since I've posted. I was really busy with school the past few weeks. This semester really kicked my butt, so I had to concentrate more of my time towards studying. But the semester is finally over, and I'll have more time to blog and sleep.
Today, I have one of the new Sephora X polishes, Hormonal, to share with you. I saw these polishes on Sephora not too long ago and bought two from the Sephora X The Pearlescents collection.
Hormonal is described on the website as a "pearlescent royal blue sateen." It is a royal blue with purple shimmer running through it. In some lights, it looked more purple than blue.

I used two coats in my pictures. The formula gave me no problems, but was a little bit on the watery side. So far, I'm pretty impressed with the new Sephora X line of polishes. I have one more to Sephora X polish to swatch, but hopefully there will be more to come.

Gradient Tutorial
Hello everyone!
I have a quick gradient tutorial I would like to share with you today. I posted pictures of my nail on Instagram and one of my friends wanted to know how I did them. I created a short tutorial that I posted on Instagram and thought I'd share here also.
I have a quick gradient tutorial I would like to share with you today. I posted pictures of my nail on Instagram and one of my friends wanted to know how I did them. I created a short tutorial that I posted on Instagram and thought I'd share here also.
Materials:
Two or more polishes (I used two, but you can use as many colors as you'd like)
Piece of a make up sponge (I used about 1/4 of the sponge since you don't need much.)
Glitter Polish (optional)
Base&Top Coat
Step 1. Paint nail with base coat and the polish color you'd like at the base of the nail & let dry for a few mins. It doesn't need to be completely dry.
Step 2. Paint the polish you'd like for your gradient onto makeup sponge. I used two colors for my gradient, but you can use as many as you'd like.
Step 3. Dab the sponge up the nail (towards cuticles.) You may need to repeat step 2&3 until you get your desired effect.
Step 4. Top off with glitter, or just top coat to smooth out nail.
I hope the tutorial was pretty easy to follow. This was my first time creating a tutorial. It's a lot harder to explain then I thought it'd be.
By the way, I used Barielle Do Unto Others, Icing Chartruesly Yours, and Nails Inc Electric Lane (holographic topcoat).
